AXA is a joint venture between Alva and Lynns Concepts. Alva was founded in 1949 by Mr. Albert Vandaele to produce cookware and Lynns Concepts was founded in 1963 by Mr. Lam Tze Yung (former Alliance Trading Co., Ltd.), supplying ceramic tabletop items to local and western countries. In 1991, Lynns Concepts founded Xinxing Alliance Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. and started her cookware business. In 1996, Alva and Alliance came together in Xinxing to form AXA – ALVA, XINXING, ALLIANCE.
Being the pioneer, inventor and innovator in product development, material breakthrough and improved technology in the marketplace is the philosophy of the Board members: Mr. Filip Demulle, Mr. Gavin Lam and Mrs. Brenda Lee.
